2016 Nonprofit Talent & Culture Summit

We recently had the pleasure of capturing Nonprofit HR's 2016 Nonprofit Talent & Culture Summit, held in Washington, DC April 17-19, 2016.

The Summit is the only nonprofit-focused talent conference in the world, geared to help nonprofit organizations' HR and talent leaders cultivate, engage and sustain the talent that will empower organizations to achieve their missions.

Noted session presenters represented nonprofit organizations from across the US and Canada, including Worldwide, Urban AllianceThe YProInspire, and Meals on Wheels America. The Millenial Unpanel, moderated by Jamie Smith of Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, sparked a robust discussion that continued through the remainder of the conference.

Keynote speakers included Timothy J. McClimon, President of American Express Foundation; Vu Le, Executive Director of Nonprofit With Balls; Michael Watson, SVP of Talent & Culture for @4-h; Susan Strayer LaMotte, Founder & President, exaqueo; and, Tim King, Founder, President and CEO of Urban Prep Academies. His impassioned presentation "Why Culture Matters to Mission" left very few eyes dry and no hearts uninspired.

Thank you Lisa Brown Morton and Nonprofit HR for selecting C-Suite Pics to capture this important and timely work.
